Starpal was formed in 1998 as Starpal Marketing , it provided support to corporate on all kinds of Providing packaging solutions, contract packing and packaging materials.

Starpal Pte Ltd was established in Jan 2005. The nature of the business in corporate to a Collection and Recycling Centre, which providing collection, recycle and disposal of used materials. In addition, also providing packaging solutions and packaging materials.

Starpal Pte Ltd has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirement of ISO9001: 2008 and ISO14001:2004 In addition, the company also awarded a license by National Environment Agency as a General Waste Collector.
